Instruction and procedure for submission of Student Registration Form  
Notice:
  • It is for information of all concerned that the date for the 1st merit list generation for admission to Government Colleges, which was earlier fixed for 17th June, 2017 has now been postponed.
    The next date for the declaration of the 1st merit list will be announced shortly. All concerned are also advised to log in to www.sikkimhrdd.org or www.sgcregistration.com for updates on the matter. Click here to download Notice.
  • Start date of Online Registration:28th May 2017
  • Last Date of Online Registration: 10th June 2017
  • Last Date for Payment of Prospectus Fee: 12th June 2017
  • Candidates should register for admission through website www.sgcregistration.com/ or Mobile Application.

  • Candidates can apply for more than one college but he/she will get admission in one college only.
  • Prospectus Fees:
    Prospectus Fee of Rs 300 will be charged per college.
    Prospectus fees will be calculated based on the number of colleges the applicant applies for.
  • Application Submission Procedure:1- 6 Steps to be followed to apply online
    1. Step 1: Documents to be kept ready before form fill-up – relevant category based documents, scan copy of Passport size photograph, scan copy of Marksheet & scan copy of Demand Draft (in case of offline payment).
    2. Step 2: Basic Information :
      Fill up Basic Information form.
    3. Step 3: Examination Details :
      • Provide details of all the pursued subjects and marks obtained in 10+2.
      • Upload the scanned image of recent passport size photograph in jpg/jpeg format only. Size of the image must be greater than 4 kb and less than 40 kb. Dimension of the image should be 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height) only.
      • Upload the scanned image of the Mark sheet of 10+2. Size of the Mark sheet must not be greater than 2 mb.
    4. Step 4: College Preferences:
      Please select colleges and courses according to the priority in which you seek admission. However, this does not guarantee of your admission to that particular college and course opted for. Vocational Students has to opt for vocational courses as first preference.
      NOTE: It is advisable to choose a minimum of three preferences per college to maximize the chances for seat allocation in your preferred college.
    5. Step 5: Confirmation:
      Please verify and confirm the details provided before final submission.
    6. Step 6: Payment:
      • Online: Net Banking/ Debit/ Credit Card.
        After successful payment through online mode, the payment slip can be downloaded by clicking on the download option. The payment slip has to be kept safely for future reference.
      • Offline: Demand Draft
        Fill in the Demand Draft details (In favour of: E-Collection Account HRDD, Payable at: Gangtok) and upload the scanned image of the Demand Draft. The size of the Demand Draft must not be greater than 1mb. The Demand Draft should be kept safely and must be produced at the time of Admission.
      Note:
      • In case of any incorrect details provided, the applicant can login and make necessary changes (the Name and Roll No. of CBSE candidate is not editable).
      • In case of addition/ change/ deletion of courses or colleges, the applicant can login and make necessary changes.
      • In case of addition of college preference, payment has to be made accordingly.
      • In case of deletion of college preference, no refund will be made.
      • Please make complete payment for valid consideration of application of all your preferred colleges. If the payment is partial/ incomplete, the application will be treated valid only for the top preferred colleges.
      • Registration can be done through web and mobile app.
